What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us through two channels: the Creative Capacity Scorecard and the contact form. The scorecard asks for your name, email, business type, and your self-rated answers across four pillars. The contact form asks for your name, email, area of interest, and a message. Booking a consultation adds your preferred date and time.
How we use it
We use scorecard submissions to generate your scored result, send it to the email you provide, and understand whether our services might be a fit. We use contact inquiries and booking requests to respond to your message and explore working together. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Who sees it
Your submissions are visible to the Dev Jones Studio team and are stored in our platform's database. If you become a client, project and task information you share with us is visible to you through a password-protected portal and to our team for the purpose of managing your work.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to provide our services and respond to inquiries. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active records where practicable.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit information. If you've shared your email, you can ask us to update or remove your records by contacting us. We will not use your email for marketing without your consent.
